About

Dora's Kabedon, also known as Dora's Pairing, refers to a series of Dora the Explorer fan art in which the fictional characters Dora and Swiper the Fox are depicted in kabedon-style (the action of slapping a wall fiercely, which produces the sound "don"). In other, similar examples, sometimes the fan art pairs Dora with other characters from the TV show in gijinka-style. Starting in July 2020, many of these Dora fan arts using its style began appearing and spreading online.
