About

Edgar's Fall or Fall of Edgar (La caída de Edgar), also known as Ya Güey or Ya Guey, is a viral video and meme featuring a young boy named Edgar and his cousin Fernando hiking in a ranch near their hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. The clip shows Edgar crossing a small creek across two logs when Fernando begins moving the logs, causing Edgar to shout in Spanish, "Ya Guey!" ("enough already" or "stop it, dude" in English) before he ultimately falls into the water.
