One signature creates the coin on pump.fun (you pay only pump.fun's creation cost, about 0.02 SOL). With a first buy, a second signature buys it right after. The first launch claims this meme for good.

About

Evil Kitty or No, I Am Evil Kitty is a TikTok audio meme based on an Offlain Scariest Stories video in which the narrator reads, "'Oh that's a good kitty,' I say as I pet on kitty. 'No, I'm evil kitty,' said evil kitty." The video was posted in mid-December 2024 and became the subject of memes later that month, which typically set it to footage of cats misbehaving. It is inspired by a post to /r/badtwosentencehorrors made that same month. Later that month, a meme coin based on the audio, $EvilKitty, was launched on pump.fun.
