In the viral video clip, Kirk asks, "What does 'fetus' mean?" and claims that "fetus" means, "Little human being," in Latin. He then smiles at Naima. Naima winces and says, "Ew, his smile is very creepy." Kirk responds, "Smiling is creepy?" to which she replies, "No, your smile specifically."
