About
Julia Fox "Uncut Jams" refers to a quote from actress and New York City socialite Julia Fox while on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast in early February 2022. When asked how she felt about being then-boyfriend Kanye West's "muse," Fox replied "I was Josh Safdie's muse when he wrote Uncut Gems." However, her pronunciation of "gems" sounds more like "jams" to many listeners, leading to parodies of the moment online and the clip being used in lip-dub skits on TikTok.
