About

Puneet Superstar, also known as Lord Puneet (real name Puneet Kumar), is an Indian internet comedian active on Instagram and MX Takatak. The comedian rose to prominence on TikTok before the app was banned in India in June 2020. The comedian is known for coining the notable catchphrase "kothi bangle wale log," which translates to "mansion people" or "rich people." While Puneet first drew attention for being largely perceived as a cringey internet personality, he is now typically understood to be a creator who makes content shrouded in layers of self-referential irony.
