The game is based on "Find the Badges" games, which are prominent on Roblox. The game became notably popularized in mid-to-late 2021 and inspired numerous memes about the game's chomiks, which are all photoshops of a single 3D-animated image of a hamster. The hamster image is taken from chomikuj.pl and is the site's mascot.
